Rajat Prapat Waterfall
Popularly known as the Silver Fall, this horse-tail type waterfall is 351 ft high. The one kind among the waterfall in Madhya Pradesh, it earns its name from the silver shimmer created when the sunlight falls on it. It takes a small trek over the rocks and boulders from Apsara Vihar near Pachmarhi to reach the 30th highest waterfall in India.
These falls have a strong link to the Hindu mythology and several folk tales and if one is interested, they can be heard from tour guides. It is not recommended to bathe under these falls because of the fervor, however, the untainted scenic view is there to capture on your cameras and mobile phones.
It is amongst the most gorgeous waterfalls in Madhya Pradesh and is frequently visited by adventure enthusiasts indulged in trekking, camping, and other activities.
