The Raj Bhawan Golf Course, Nainital was planned and built by the engineers of the British Army. Spread on a sprawling land of 50 acres, at the height of 1932 m, this course is a wonderful work of art, bordered by fruit orchards and covered by lush green and soft grass. This 18 hole golf course, constructed very close to the Raj Bhawan, was home to the erstwhile governors belonging to the United Province.
