Hibiscus Garden
The Hibiscus Garden, also known as the Rose Garden, was established and developed in 1974 by Dr. M.S. Randhawa. He was the Chief Commissioner of the city at that time. This garden was pivotal in transforming Chandigarh into a ''City of Gardens''.
The Hibiscus Garden is spread across 8 acres of land. The garden has over 40 varieties of Hibiscus Shrubs. It is located beside the Dakshin Marg. The entire garden is filled with various colors, from the iconic red and pink to unusual orange and yellow.
You can witness the impressive collection of hibiscuses of different sizes and shapes. The garden's design features well-kept pathways that wind through carefully designed flower beds. These pathways make it a place where people can enjoy a stroll, admire the pretty things around them, and stop to feel the natural beauty.
