InderKilla National Park, Himachal Pradesh
Established in 2010, Inderkilla is a newly made National Park in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Sprawling over a vast area of 104 sq. km, the national park is home to several species of domestic and foreign flora and fauna and boasts of flourishing rich wildlife. Considered to be one of the least explored national parks in India, the park also has a narrow trail passing through the heart of it which you can cover to spot animals and plants in their natural habitat.
Besides, the area is covered in dense woods and hilly terrain, which is ideal for a trek or a hike. For the same reason, the national park is much loved by adventure enthusiasts, wanderers, nature lovers, and the like. Most plants grown here are said to hold significant medicinal properties. Besides this, you can also carry a pair of binoculars along to spot some of the rare and exotic avifauna species inhabiting this place.
