Kalki Dham Temple Features and Construction
This temple will be spread across five acres, and the temple is expected to take around five years to complete. There will be many common things between this temple, Ayodhya Ram Mandir, and Somnath Temple: pink-colored stone, similar architectural 'shaili,' and exclusion of steel or iron frames.
'Shikhara' of the temple will reach a height of 108 ft, with the platform elevated 11 ft above the ground. As per the records, a total of 68 pilgrimage sites will be established within the temple premises.

As per religious scriptures, Kali Yuga commenced after Lord Krishna departed from Earth. It's worth noting that Kali Yuga is believed to last for 432,000 years. Currently, 5,126 years of Kali Yuga have elapsed.
According to the 24th verse of the 12th canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam, the birth of Lord Kalki will occur on Earth when the Guru (Jupiter), Sun, and Moon align in the Pushya Nakshatra. The anticipated birth date of this tenth incarnation of Shrihari will be the fifth day of the Shukla Paksha of the Sawan month.

According to the information, the Kalki avatar will be born in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. That is why the Kalki Dham is being built at this place. So far, temples of all the avatars of Lord Vishnu that have taken place so far have been built after their birth, but Kalki is the only avatar of Lord Vishnu whose temple is being built even before his birth.
What will be the appearance of the Kalki avatar?
The sixteenth chapter of the 'Agni Purana' describes the Kalki avatar as a horseman holding a bow and arrow. It is said that Lord Vishnu's Kalki avatar will come riding on a white horse named Devadatta, who will destroy the sinners of Kali Yuga.
This avatar of God will be endowed with 64 arts. Kalki will perform penance to Lord Shiva and acquire miraculous powers from him to destroy unrighteousness.
